El Verano is an upscale Mexican Restaurant owned by Chef Julian Medina and partner Meghan Manzi. The concept is inspired by the summer houses in Mexico, particularly in Cuernavaca and Valle de Bravo, which are considered escape destinations for residents of Mexico City. 

The restaurant recreates the atmosphere of a vacation house, combining elements of nostalgia, tranquility, and vibrant aesthetics. Our menu is a culinary journey that celebrates the vibrant flavors, colors, and aromas of Mexico. With each dish Chef Julian shares a celebrated story of tradition and exhibits his reverence for the time-honored flavors of Mexican cuisine with insightful nuances of sophistication.
